Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, ensuring adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry.4. Proficiency in CADD software.5. Extensive experience in municipal projects, DSDC, storm water management, roadway design, bulkheading, topo surveying, water treatment, and waste water.6. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.9. Excellent leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.10.
