This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their craft, values safety, and wants steady work with a strong, supportive team. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within industrial, commercial, and oilfield environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and/or oilfield settingsInterpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsPerform troubleshooting and routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipmentEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codesComplete work orders, safety documentation, and job reports accurately and on timeCollaborate with project supervisors and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and safe operationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and quality standardsQualificationsCurrent Journeyman Electrician License (North Dakota or transferable)Valid driver's license and dependable transportationStrong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and safety practicesAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasksMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferredExperience in commercial, industrial, or oilfield environments strongly preferredCommitment to maintaining a safe and compliant worksiteBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)Paid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shiftsDay shiftMonday-FridayOvertime availableWeekends as neededLocationBased in Dickinson, ND, with work in surrounding areas.
