We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freight Handler to manage essential inventory, supplies, and equipment critical to our daily operations. This role ensures the seamless flow of materials, directly supporting the success of our field teams.Responsibilities:Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock, ensuring items are labeled and stored systematically for easy access.Receiving Deliveries: Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, updating records as needed.Order Preparation: Pack and prepare supplies, tools, and equipment for daily field operations.Equipment Maintenance: Organize, maintain, and distribute specialized cleaning and restoration tools.Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and report discrepancies to management.Warehouse Organization: Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace for efficient operations.Safety Compliance: Follow company safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage.Collaboration: Work closely with field technicians and supervisors to ensure timely distribution of supplies and equipment.What You Bring:Attention to Detail: Precision in managing inventory and documenting records.Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Teamwork: A collaborative approach to meeting deadlines and supporting team goals.Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to embrace training and develop new skills.Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required-we provide comprehensive trainingWhat We Offer:Competitive Pay:Overtime opportunities.Flexible Scheduling:Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week).Part-Time: Tailored hours to fit your needs.Overtime: Optional extended shifts up to 12 hours and Saturday work for additional income.Comprehensive Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off, including holidays and vacation days.401(k) retirement plan with company contributions.Career Growth: Advancement opportunities in a growing organization.Modern Facilities: Work in a clean, organized warehouse equipped with state-of-the-art tools and resources.Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourAs an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers.
