The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation while providing excellent customer service and supporting overall financial operations.Responsibilities:Invoicing and Billing - Prepare, send, and monitor customer invoices and credit notesPayment Processing - Record, apply, and reconcile incoming customer paymentsCollections - Contact clients for overdue payments and negotiate payment plansAccount Reconciliation - Reconcile AR ledgers and resolve discrepancies or disputesReporting - Monitor AR aging, generate reports, and provide data to managementCustomer Service - Serve as a point person for client billing inquiriesProcess Improvement - Help to create standard practices and streamline workflowCheck Clearing - Record cleared checks in the computer systemCredit References - Help gather information to check credit-worthiness of new prospective customersOther Duties as assigned Requirements:2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable experience preferredGED/High School Diploma or equivalent experienceDetail-oriented and accurateStrong communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving abilities Benefits401K with Company MatchHealth, Vision & Dental InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Time Off (PTO) ProgramPaid HolidaysReimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)EEO STATEMENTAebi Schmidt Group is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action Employer.
