Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee onsite construction engineering activities for industrial projects, primarily focusing on Water/Wastewater Treatment plants, but also including factories, production facilities, and data centers across various industries.Duties and Responsibilities:+ Ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.+ Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen and oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team.+ Manage project engineering and personnel functions, including planning, administration, and work assignments.+ Ensure compliance with company and contract requirements, supporting the overall construction schedule (Primavera P6).+ Provide technical support, including construction planning, design interpretation, and conflict resolution.+ Develop and administer project engineering procedures and work controlling documents (submittals, RFIs, material deliveries, payment requests).+ Represent the company in A/E, client, and project management meetings.+ Interface with on-site departments to resolve issues and ensure construction quality.+ Oversee pre-construction services, design-build services, and business development.+ Work with the Superintendent to control job costs and production budgets.+ Prepare and submit monthly cost, income, and cash flow projections.+ Execute and approve subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.+ Assist in the settlement of change orders and claims.+ Respond quickly to issues, proactively solve problems, and handle multiple tasks.+ Maintain subcontractor insurance certificate compliance.Education and Experience:+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.+ 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.+ 5+ years of construction engineering experience in heavy industrial projects.+ Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred but not required.Title, duties, and responsibilities will be refined to reflect past experience, current responsibilities, and future career trajectory.Skills and Abilities:+ Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.#M1System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
