missions:
Distribution Planning and Optimization Validating orders from our customers in SAP: Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Kohls Ensuring proper transmission to our 3PL provider Checking milestones: start of preparation, end of preparation, routing, customer pickup date Analyzing discrepancies between quantities delivered to the 3PL provider and quantities Monitoring weekly volumes versus forecast Ensuring that customer priorities are followed and executed by the 3PL provider Customer Service Management Ensure communication with the customer: fill rate, on-time and in-full preparation, restocking dates, and upcoming tensions Lead weekly meetings with customers Analysis and Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to distribution and customer service performance Build and prepare regular reports and communicate them to the team based in France to ensure Do not hesitate to apply if you have... or if you are ...

Qualifications
