Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFour Elements Electric is seeking a highly motivated, Journeyman level, Residential Electrician. This position is a Lead role and will require the supervision of 1 or more apprentices while working to complete residential new construction and service projects. The majority of these projects will be located in the Fredericksburg, King George, Colonial Beach, and Northern Neck areas.About us:Four Elements Electric is a fast growing electrical contractor based in King George, VA. We want our employees to enjoy coming to work every day and to feel accomplished in their trade.Responsibilities include:Knowledge of current Virginia Residential Electrical CodesAbility to read drawings, schematics, and blueprintsOrganizational skillsTime management skillsAbility to communicate effectivelyInstall electrical wiring systems to include: Romex, EMT conduit, MC Cable, Underground wiring, and othersInstall Service Equipment up to 600 ampsTroubleshoot electrical issue and repairWork in all weather conditionsAbility to work and maneuver in attics and crawlspacesAbility to work at heights over 20 feetQualifications:At least 2 years experience in a lead role performing residential electrical installations (Will be verified)Current Journeyman license or ability to pass a basic knowledge examValid driver's license with a good driving recordReliable transportation to office/shopAbility to pass a basic background checkPositive attitudeGreat work ethic and pride in workmanshipAbility to learn and growBenefits:Competitive, performance based payPerformance bonusesSummer/Winter bonusesPTO (tenure based)Health/Vision/DentalTuition reimbursementMore to comeHourly pay range:$23 - $30Based on experience, work history, and licensure
