We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you're a driven leader who excels in managing complex commercial builds from concept to close-out, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities-Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams-Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts-Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery-Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance oversight-Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures-Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues-Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation-Drive project close-out activities, ensuring client satisfaction and contract fulfillmentQualifications-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)-5+ years of commercial construction project management experience-Strong understanding of construction means/methods, building codes, and safety standards-Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously-Strong financial acumen and contract management experienceBenefitsCompetitive Salary Full Benefits3 Weeks PTOCompany vehicle
