Job DescriptionSystem Administrator / Desktop SupportOur client, located in Carrollton, TX is in need of a Systems Administrator / Desktop Support Specialist on contract to possible hire basis.ÂCompany Profile:Full-service, nationwide firmSystem Administrator / Desktop SupportThe main purpose of this role is to administer all of the IT needs, which includes operations, maintenance, installation and configurations, etc. of all of the hardware and software systems and related infrastructureSet up of computer workstations. This could include installation of new equipment or rebuilding existing equipment, configuration of hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.ÂMobile device setup and configurationActive Directory â€" create, change, and delete user accountsÂTroubleshoot and investigate issuesResearch and recommend new technologyÂRecover and repair hardware/software failuresApply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basisSystem Administrator / Desktop Support Background Profile:Degree preferred, but is not required for this roleCertifications such as MCSE are preferredHands-on IT experience is REQUIRED5-10 years of experience REQUIREDMust have Active Directory experienceBasic Network troubleshooting skillsMust be organizedAble to work independentlyÂPrevious experience with phone systemsMust be a people person who can break down technical terms and explain it in laymanâ€TMs termsMust have dependable transportation and the ability to travel within the state when neededFeatures and Benefits while On Contract:We go beyond the basic staffing agency offerings You can see the extensive list of benefits on our website under the Candidate â€Benefits†tab.ÂJob RequirementsHelpdesk support, Systems Administrator, DesktopAdditional InformationFrontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
