Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.Position SummaryThe Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for using a variety of tools and cleaning agents, including mops, brooms, vacuums, buckets, pails, disinfectants and detergents to clean offices, restrooms and other public areas.This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 to $11.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.This position will remain open until April 10, 2026.ResponsibilitiesWork from general instructions, specifications and checklistsAble to use a variety of tools and cleaning agents such as mops, brooms, vacuums, buckets, pails, disinfectants and detergents to clean offices, restrooms and other public areasDisposes of waste and garbage appropriately in designated locationsDaily inspection of areas of responsibilityMaintain exterior of facility such as sweeping parking lots and trash pickupSweep, mop, scrub and wax floorsWash walls, windows, stainless steel, counter tops and woodworkClean restrooms and replenish suppliesRemove stains, clean and extract carpetDust, polish, arrange and move furniture and equipmentUse hand tools or small powered equipment applicable to the work being performedPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEmployee must be at least 18 years oldHigh School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience)Prior customer service experience is preferredAccess to reliable transportationMust be able to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays dependent on events scheduleStand and walk for four to six hours at a timeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCan communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingMust be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environmentStrengthened by our Differences.
