We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in our subacute rehab unit.Job Summary:As a Physical Therapist at Williston Care Center, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This is an in-house position—no third-party staffing—with access to a well-equipped therapy gym and an experienced interdisciplinary team.Responsibilities:Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independenceDocument treatments, progress, and discharge planning using EMRCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to ensure continuity of careEducate patients and family members on home exercises and care techniquesParticipate in team meetings, care planning, and quality improvement initiativesQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent ND Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)CPR certification (BLS)Experience in subacute or skilled nursing settings preferred, but new grads welcomeStrong communication, documentation, and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:Up to $10,000 sign-on bonusCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefitsFlexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN)In-house therapy department—no contracting or floatingContinuing education support and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative work environmentReady to make a difference?
