Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments as assigned. Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (overtime as needed) Salary $38-$52.Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as requiredProvide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardwareInterface with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfactionAccurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work ordersPlace and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as requiredPurchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completionPerform other related duties as assignedEducation Requirements with one of the followingHigh School diploma or equivalentLicense RequirementState License Journeyman in PlumbingBig Plus - WSSC certifiedBackflow Certification is a RequirementValid driver's license with reliable transportationExperience and Physical ExpectationsMinimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service roleAble to lift to sixty (60) poundsCapable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feetEOE, including disability/veterans
