This role requires hands-on experience with formwork, framing, finish carpentry, and site-specific installations. From humble beginnings, we've grown into a trusted name in transit infrastructure-rooted in tradition, committed to innovation, and focused on treating employees and clients like family.We offer more than just a job - we offer a culture of growth, respect, and craftsmanship where each team member's contribution is valued and rewarded.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all aspects of rough and finish carpentry on active construction sites.Install doors, frames, hardware, blocking, partitions, and other finish components.Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.Collaborate with field crews, site supervisors, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.Maintain safe and organized job sites, adhering to OSHA standards.Operate power tools and hand tools in a skilled and responsible manner.Perform layout and measurement tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Assist with material handling, job setup, and clean-up as needed.Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and project environments.Qualifications5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in commercial, industrial, or public works settings.High school diploma or GED required.Must have a valid and clean driver's license.Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry techniques.Ability to read and understand blueprints and project documents.Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor.Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work occasional weekends as required by project schedules.Punctual, professional, and committed to safety and quality.BenefitsPrevailing wage pay structure (project-based)Year-end performance bonusWeekly pay cycleMedical insuranceRetirement savings programPaid parental leave (maternity/paternity)Tech package (smartphone or tablet)Mileage reimbursement (as applicable)Annual team trips and company outingsPersonal tool replacement programWork-life balance and professional development supportScheduleFull-Time - Monday to FridayOccasional weekend work, a few times per year as neededLocationProject-based - Work will take place on active job sites (onsite only)Equal Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
