Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our Fort Myers, FL, branch to work in the surrounding areas. The Fire Sprinkler Foreman is responsible for the installation of Fire Sprinklers with the assistance of Helpers and Fitters on job sites and is completed on schedule and within budget. This is a fast paced position requiring the ability to climb ladders frequently, use industry tools, work overhead frequently, lift up to 60 pounds, reach into the air, push, pull, bend, climb, and walk regularly. Day to Day: Responsible for completing Installation of Fire Sprinklers accurately, on schedule, and within budget. Responsible for leading their assigned jobs and the supervision of Helpers and Fitters on job sites. Our Fire Sprinkler Foreman are responsible for developing a strong relationship with the General Contractor to exceed all their expectations and ensure quality, timely installation is achieved. Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch. Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons including summer months. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing.
