Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 1 to join their team. As a US - Manufacturing Technician 1, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.**Job Title:** US - Manufacturing Technician 1**Location:** St. Louis, MO**Pay Range:** $25.30 ($23.00 plus shift differential)**Shift:** 3rd shift - Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs (10 hour shifts) from 10pm to 8:30am, with training on first shift for 2-3 months, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm.**What's the Job?**+ Set up and operate processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High throughput Bag Line.+ Deliver products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jack.+ Perform production operations, including hand filling, prepping fill equipment, and aseptic gowning and qualification.+ Clean up equipment and working areas after production operations.+ Complete batch records during production and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.**What's Needed?**+ Aspetic Technique experience required+ SAP experience required+ Osmometer or pipetting experience preferred+ High School Diploma or GED.+ Some college or Associates degree preferred.+ Ability to follow aseptic techniques and safety procedures.+ Effective communication skills, both oral and written.+ Steel-toed shoes and PPE usage are required.**What's in it for me?**+ Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.+ Potential for temp-to-perm employment.+ Gain valuable experience with SAP and aseptic techniques.+ Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality.+ On-site training and development opportunities.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
