Primary Care opportunity with OB at a multi-specialty private practice in the Bay Area. They have 11 offices ranging from San Francisco up to Sacramento and even one office in Redding. Their staff is diverse and focused and centered on patients.Practice details include: Ability to do clinical OB $300,000 first year salary After first year providers can stay W2 or move to 1099 productivity model which is a 60/40 split (their choice) $100,000 student loan forgiveness (paid over 4 years) Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm / No weekends. Compensation ranges from 50-90% MGMA for total earnings Payor mix is mostly Medicare and Private Insurance with some Medicaid and Self Pay Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage provided Additional pay for supervising APPs Epic EMR
