Lead enterprise-scale software engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery, including the design and implementation of secure, reliable, scalable solutions and engineering platforms. Set engineering standards, guide modernization and AI-enabled SDLC transformation, manage technical and operational risks, and mentor teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Requires 15+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including substantial senior technical leadership and experience in complex, regulated environments; a bachelor's degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate is listed, with a graduate degree preferred. Candidates should bring deep hands-on expertise in architecture, cloud-native and distributed systems, platform engineering, AI/ML applications, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and production resilience, with a record of measurable enterprise-scale outcomes.
