This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience working Federal, State, and fee owned minerals, including, but not limited to, lease negotiation, title examination, drilling unit preparation, communitization agreement preparation and land management. Furthermore, Federal and State regulatory compliance experience is required. The successful candidate will focus on asset development that directly supports Coterra's drilling schedule, leasehold interests, and subsurface land transactions. This position reports to the Land Manager and is located onsite at our Midland, Texas office.
