F&O Support AnalystThis role serves as the primary functional and technical support contact for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP environment, helping finance, warehouse, and operations teams resolve issues and maintain smooth distribution workflows during and after a live ERP cutover.
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 functional support to end-users across inventory, order management, and financial modules within the D365 F&O ERP system.
- Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies, escalating complex technical bugs to senior developers or system administrators as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees on core F&O system functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and support testing during upgrades and new module rollouts.
- Act as a liaison between operations staff and technical teams to ensure issues are communicated clearly and resolved efficiently.
- Perform additional IT and operational support duties as required in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in a live production environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting and finance principles.
- Demonstrated ability to support system administration and organizational setup, not limited to UI navigation.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical warehouse and office staff in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Background in food, beverage, or specialty distribution environments with ERP experience in similar operations.
- Experience supporting ERP cutovers or go-live transitions.
- Familiarity with X++ or other D365 F&O development concepts.
- Multi-ERP experience, provided D365 F&O hands-on time is substantial and well-documented.
