Well established national GC based out of the Cleveland, OH area is now hiring Construction Project Managers.They are involved in many different aspects and disciplines in the construction industry (Real Estate development, Design/Build, General Contracting). Project include commercial, industrial, warehouse/distribution facilities, restaurants, retail, special projects.)Direct Hire: $85K-$140K+ base salary (depending on project experience). M/V/D, 401K, PTO, holiday pay, project profitability bonuses. $500/ monthly vehicle allowance. Hybrid schedule is a possibility. Working out of their Pittsburg satellite office is a possibility.Duties:-Develop schedules, budgets and workable timelines-Develop a comprehensive project plan, setting goals and tracking progress-Coordinating with architects, engineers and subcontractors to distribute resources and ensure quality standards-Procuring equipment and materialsApply now-5+ years of commercial T/I or Ground-up build experience.-Ability to manage multiple projects depending on the size of the project-Must be familiar with ProCore and MS Office-Experience with warehouse/distribution facility expansions and remodels are a big plus.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
