If yes, then read on to learn more about this opportunityDelivery Driver Associate Responsibilities:Conduct yourself with professionalism and in a highly ethical manner at all timesShow high commitment to safetyWork in a self-directed environment with motivation to succeedShow excellent attention to detailSolve problems independently using critical thinking skillsHave a positive can-do attitude Demonstrate strong communication skillsLoad vans and deliver packages safely and punctually by driving pre-determined routes, climbing in and out of the vehicle and walking upstairs and down driveways in all weather conditionsWork with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentBehave as a responsible and courteous teammatePerform daily vehicle inspectionsOperate a smartphone to manage route and delivery informationDelivery Driver Associate Requirements:We provide on-the-job paid training to ensure our team members feel confident on the road and on the doorsteps of Amazon customers. Our goal is to have a great team of drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time. To join our team, you will need to meet the following requirements:Be at least 21 years of ageHold a valid driver's license (no Commercial Drivers License required)Have a clean driving recordFluent in English (being bilingual is a plus)Available to work evenings, weekends and holidaysHave a proven track record of reliabilityAbility to contribute to a high performing team with a positive attitudePhysical Requirements:Lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 8 to 10-hour work shiftAppropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditionsClimb stairs, reach overhead, squat/bend/kneel during an 8 to 10-hour work shiftDelivery Driver Associate Benefits:Customer First Logistics' company culture, team atmosphere, and compensation are all incredible incentives to work here.
