Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with payroll, handling A/P and A/R responsibilities, assuring compliance in hourly employee personnel files, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, and general clerical duties, and GL entries. Perform month end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reporting to management. Safeguard company assets, and provide data and fiscal support to other departments within the companyThis role pays an hourly rate of $21.00-$25.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 10, 2026.ResponsibilitiesSupport both Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableAssist with Stagehand payroll spreadhseetsAssist with event settlementsPost vendor invoices and matching them to purchase ordersAddress any vendor questionsSet up new vendorsCheck Accounts Payable MailboxProcess invoices, voids and refundsDaily bank deposits/TM Sales DepositsCreate customer statementsSupport for audit requestsResearch vendor inquiries Qualifications Degree in Business or related field is desirableProficiency in Microsoft such as word processing and spreadsheet applicationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environmentResponsible to work independentlyPayroll and scheduling system backgroundPrior purchasing experience is a plusMust be initiative-taking with excellent organizational skills
