What You Will DoAs a Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule completion of our multifamily developments. Site Leadership: Coordinate, direct, and supervise all on-site construction activities, field personnel, and subcontractors from ground-up initiation to final tenant turnover. Schedule & Budget: Maintain and drive the project schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Quality Control: Ensure all construction conforms strictly to plans, specifications, regulatory codes, and the owner's quality expectations. Safety & Compliance: Promote a culture of safety, organization, and professionalism, strictly enforcing all OSHA and company safety protocols. Communication: Serve as the primary on-site representative, liaising effectively with Project Management, subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams. Reporting: Track and document daily progress, manpower utilization, material status, and critical site conditions. What You Will Bring 5+ years of direct experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a substantial background in Multifamily (Apartments/Residential), including ground-up construction and/or complex residential renovations. Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of construction for complex projects (e.g., wood-frame, garden style, or podium construction). Expert knowledge of construction means, methods, safety standards, and local building codes. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools. OSHA 30 certification is highly desirable. Ready to transform your career by building for an owner-developer?
