Join our dedicated team and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued customersPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our shop team in Osceola. In this role, you will perform a variety of mechanical repairs on gas and diesel engines, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and ensure our equipment runs at peak performance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Quality shop-based repair work and perform quality maintenance service on customer equipment.Occasionally travel to customer locations for on-site service.Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective repairs.Identify required parts and supplies to complete repairs efficiently.Maintain a safe work environment by following proper safety procedures.Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on repairs.Operating a variety of Ag and Construction Equipment. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 consecutive years of Diagnostic/Mechanical experience.We will train the right candidate who is willing to learn.
