We provide compassionate, personalized care and value caregivers who bring heart, reliability, and professionalism to every visit.Position SummaryWe are hiring a Spanish-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home support for seniors in the Katy area. This role is ideal for a dependable, warm, and service-minded CNA who enjoys building relationships and making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:Bathing, grooming, and hygieneDressing and mobility assistanceToileting and incontinence careMonitor and report changes in clients' condition to the care teamProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with light housekeeping related to client careHelp with meal preparation and hydration remindersProvide safe transfers and ambulation supportFollow individualized care plans and agency guidelinesMaintain a respectful, patient, and professional approach at all timesQualificationsCurrent CNA license in the state of Texas (required)Must be fluent in Spanish and English (required)At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience preferredReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to pass background check and drug screeningCPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Compassionate, dependable, and client-focusedSchedule & PayFlexible schedules available: weekdays, evenings, weekendsMultiple shift options depending on client needsCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for steady hours and growthBenefits (based on eligibility)Flexible schedulingSupportive team and responsive office staffOngoing training and developmentMeaningful work with appreciative clientsReferral bonuses and caregiver recognitionCaring Senior Service of Katy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
