Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEngineer out Safety hazardsCNC program development and improvements for Lathes, VMC, HMCCNC Tooling selectionWork holding / Fixture designImplementation of Lean Manufacturing principlesDesign cost out of manufacturing processesDevelop training documentationMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 2 years of CNC programmingStrong mechanical and machine design skillsProven ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processesStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with 2D/3D CAD software (CREO preferred)Physical RequirementsMust have full range of body motion. Certain operations require repetitive bending, squatting, and full arm extension. Manual lifting, not exceeding fifty (50) pounds, may be required.
