Team and Operational Oversight: Lead the daily activities of the marketing team, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense management. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, forecast growth accurately, and adapt to evolving market trends with a deep understanding of economic indicators, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational efficiency while collaborating with senior management, sales, and product teams to achieve organizational goals Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, digital analytics, and emerging digital trends, demonstrated through experience in overseeing successful campaigns, events, and brand communications while ensuring compliance with brand standards. BenefitsThe expected salary for this position is $170,000 to $185,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
