Jefferson is seeking Contract Project Manager(s) to support the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC).This role will be Onsite at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building in Washington, D.C., 9am a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.The annual salary range is negotiable. Join us at Jefferson Consulting Group, where your career becomes a journey of continuous advancement, and your talents find the platform they deserve.Responsibilities:* Provide full lifecycle project management oversight to the Administrative Systems Office (ASO) within the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) at AOUSC.* Manage small- to medium-sized IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.* Apply project management practices consistent with the AO Information Technology Project Management (ITPM) framework and Project Management Branch (PMB) standards.* Serve as key liaison with client stakeholders and the COR to ensure proper leadership decisions are made for the project(s).* Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular meetings, briefings, and ad-hoc updates.* Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, integrated master schedules, and key milestones.* Track progress and prepare project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.* Establish appropriate tools and guidance to ensure efficient project execution and authorize execution of project management process changes.* Develop, update, and maintain project and master schedules and provide regular and ad-hoc status reports.* Analyze project management processes for operational efficiencies and industry best practices and propose enhancements.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.* Demonstrated experience managing IT projects with federal government clients.* Proven experience managing IT projects leading project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to apply appropriate hybrid management approaches.* Experience in analysis, project planning, monitoring, and other related activities.* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Preferred Qualifications:* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management certificationBenefit Overview:* Health Benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision* Retirement Plan Match* Competitive Annual Leave Package* Education Reimbursement* Basic and Voluntary Life Insurance* Disability Insurance* Cafeteria Plan* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Domestic and Global Health Insurance* Floating Holidays* Wellness Program
