Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAutoCAD Drafter/CNC Programmer: Slinger, WisconsinOur customer in Slinger, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring AutoCAD Drafters/CNC Programmers to work full-time on 1st shift. As an AutoCAD Drafter/CNC Programmer, you will create precise technical drawings and program CNC machinery to support efficient and accurate production.Responsibilities of the AutoCAD Drafter/CNC Programmer:Develop detailed CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Alpha CAM, and Slabsmith.Program CNC machines using CAM software and G-code for accurate and efficient part production.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings using GD&T principles.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support lean processes and improve workflow efficiency.Maintain accurate documentation for programming procedures, tooling setups, and inspection results.AutoCAD Drafter/CNC Programmer Requirements and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and CAM programming software.Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and GD&T standards.Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.Strong math skills for machining tolerances and geometric calculations.Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and support production needs.Pay for AutoCAD Drafter/CNC Programmer: $25–$30/hour.AutoCAD Drafter/CNC Programmer Benefits:Health insurance.Life insurance.Paid time off.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: 1st Shift, Full-timeSchedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pmApply nowAre you ready to move from the worries of today to your dreams of tomorrow?
