The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.We have an opening for a Full Time Sales Supervisor at our Great Mall (Milpitas, CA) location.QUALIFICATIONS:One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (Post-Secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.Ability to coordinate activities of others.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.One year specialty apparel retail management experience required. Preference given to candidates that can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.RESPONSIBILITIES:Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance.Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that others follow suit. Maximize profitability through excellent customer service. Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.Contribute to a positive team environment in the store. Keep associates focused on achieving store and person goals.
