Location: Nationwide (Travel-Based)
Compensation: $120K–$200K+ Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead large-scale HVAC/mechanical scopes on complex, high-visibility projects
- Own the full financial picture (P&L) — budgeting, forecasting, cost control
- Drive project strategy, scheduling, manpower planning, and execution
- Act as the face of the company with owners, GCs, and design teams
- Mentor and develop PMs, APMs, and field leadership
- Ensure safety, quality, and performance across all phases
What They're Looking For
- 10+ years in mechanical/HVAC construction
- Experience leading large projects ($100M+ mechanical scope or equivalent complexity)
- Strong financial acumen and client-facing leadership
- Background in commercial, healthcare, institutional, or mission-critical projects
- Open to traveling full-time
