PLANT MANAGER Salary $130,000 – $170,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Texas Ready to take ownership of a plant and make an impact? We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a non-union food manufacturing facility . This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving operations, reducing waste, and delivering results.
What You'll Do
as the Plant Manager: Lead day-to-day plant operations and production Develop, coach, and motivate plant teams Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement Proactively reduce waste and improve operational performance Maintain strong FDA food safety and regulatory compliance Lead through seasonal production demands in a 24/7 operation.
What We're Looking for in the Plant Manager: At least 5 years of food/beverage production industry experience At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience Strong FDA food handling and safety knowledge Proven success improving operations and reducing waste Hands-on, proactive leadership style.
