Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to play a lead role in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, code-compliant electrical work.Key Responsibilities• Independently install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems and equipment• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics with accuracy and efficiency• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner• Ensure full compliance with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and all company safety protocols• Work collaboratively with apprentices, fellow electricians, supervisors, and project managers• Provide mentorship, training, and oversight to junior team members as needed• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry standardsRequirements• Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific requirements apply)• 4-5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments• Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and construction documents• Solid understanding of NEC codes, electrical theory, and installation best practices• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
