Minimum QualificationsMinimum age 18Stamina is necessary to live in the camp setting which includes traverse rough and uneven terrain without assistanceAbility to lift 25 poundsExperience working with children is preferredSense of adventure and enthusiasm to motivate and coach childrenDesire and ability to work with children and adults in camp settingAbility to place needs of campers above ownAbility to make decisions and act wisely in an emergencyUnderstanding of the needs, abilities, and interests of girlsMust be able to complete & clear a Criminal and Sex Offender background check
