An ideal candidate will have:Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical TherapistAt least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership roleExcellent communication, organization, and coaching skillsDemonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a teamStrong orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy expertiseDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility)Powered by JazzHRvnDbwoxKws
