We love creating an opportunity for our team members, providing industry training, and giving employees the opportunity to become experts in the field through certifications and Paul Davis University.We are looking for a Mitigation Crew Leader candidate for our Pasco- Hernando county Office who is responsible for leading/guiding a mitigation crew, scoping for residential and commercial losses, and professionally communicating with the customer. The applicant will also be responsible for a company vehicle, mitigation equipment, program compliance checklists, initial customer contact, and assisting with the training of new technicians.Qualifications:Ability to lift 75 lbs. frequentlyHigh School diplomaValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust have the ability to be on call and to work nights and weekends/overtime, as neededDesire to be part of a great teamWrite estimates (preferred)Responsibilities:Lead a mitigation crewPerformance of water mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke/storm damage clean upTake direction from Mitigation Manager on scope of work and initiate Strike TeamInitial contact with customer, explain next steps/work to be performedInitiate work per agreed scope with Mitigation ManagerMitigation Expert on processLead Strike Team in starting mitigationSet equipmentStart demoTake readingsInitial photos of readingsSet containmentsProvide information to Mitigation Manager for 12-hour reportDaily progress photos exportedDaily progress notes exportedDrying logs daily in MICAResponsible for clicking Job Completed compliance task in RMSCommunicate with customer on-site as needed to answer questions on mitigation progress.Responsible for monitoring ongoing losses.
