You will be responsible for evaluating patients' conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help them regain their strength and mobility. Your ultimate goal will be to help patients achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical TherapyCurrent state license to practice as a Physical TherapistStrong knowledge of human anatomy and physiologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with patients in a clinical or hospital settingSpecialization in a particular area of physical therapy, such as sports medicine or geriatricsAdvanced certification or training in a specific technique or modalityResponsibilities:Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical condition and develop individualized treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independenceEducate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activitiesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reportsSkills:As a Physical Therapist I, you will use your knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to develop individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities. You will work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports will be critical to your success in this role. Finally, any specialization or advanced certification in a particular area of physical therapy will be highly beneficial in providing the best possible care to your patients.
