JOB OVERVIEWThe Master Electrician at Tuscany Suites and Casino will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems throughout the property. This individual will oversee a team of electricians and work closely with other departments to ensure safety and compliance with all electrical regulations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manage a team of electricians and delegate tasks accordinglyPerform routine maintenance on electrical systemsFoster a culture of safety and compliance within the electrical departmentCoordinate with other departments to complete electrical projects efficientlyInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial environmentsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsEnsure all work is performed to code Perform conduit bending, panel installations, lighting systems, switchgear, and service upgradesTroubleshoot systems and identify solutions quickly and effectivelyComplete job documentation accurately and on timeMentor and support apprentices as neededFollow safety protocols and report any hazardsKeep adequate inventory of electrical supplies and submit purchase orders as needed.Collaborate with Clark County Fire Department and Building Department for system testing.Ensure clean, safe work areas and proper use of PPE at all times.Step in to support other facilities projects as assigned by management.Requirements:Valid Master Electrician license in the state of NevadaMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical workStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentWorking conditions include office or outdoors and inclement in weather conditions, extreme heat/cold, work in confined spaces, work at heights up to 50 feet, work around loud noise and second hand smokeAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach for long periods of timeAbout the Company:Tuscany Suites and Casino is a premier destination in Las Vegas, NV offering luxury accommodations, world-class dining, and exciting gaming options.
