Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines, reporting any variances or issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct site visits to support project execution and ensure quality control and safety compliance. Track procurement and delivery of mechanical materials and equipment. Help resolve technical issues and support the implementation of project plans. Participate in project meetings and assist in developing meeting agendas and minutes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience in mechanical construction or project management support. Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc.) and construction practices. Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with mechanical contractors or MEP firms. OSHA 10 or 30 certification. PMP or CAPM certification (or interest in pursuing).
