This role requires frequent travel, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction across multiple venues. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys meeting new people while showcasing their bartending skills.This role pays an hourly rate of $2.13-$5.26 and is tip eligible.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Responsibilities* Travel to different event sites to set up and operate portable bar stations* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor* Handle cash, credit transactions, and maintain accurate tabs when required* Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly in accordance with safety guidelines* Set up, clean, and break down bar areas before and after each event* Maintain inventory control and report shortages or issues to management* Comply with all local, state, and company policies regarding alcohol service* Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experienceQualifications* Proven bartending experience, preferably in an event or hospitality setting* TABC (or local equivalent) certification required* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently* Strong knowledge of drink recipes, techniques, and service etiquette* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods* Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays* Professional appearance and a team-player attitudeStrengthened by our Differences.
