As a Drybar Shop Manager, you will enjoy these perks:Pay ranges from $29-$34/hour (base pay + tips, commissions and bonuses)Commissions on retail, braids, updos, & add-on servicesBonuses and additional commission available based on shop performanceBlowout, braid, and updo training that's paid along with continuing hair educationFlexible schedules that are setFree blowouts - that's right we said itGenerous retail discountLeadership trainingEnough about us, let's talk about you We are looking for a Shop Manager who:Has a preferred minimum of 5+ years experience as a Master Stylist, Cosmetologist Trainer/Educator in a hair salon environmentHolds a current and valid Cosmetology license in GeorigaHas strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused cultureIs able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for allHas a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love youCan pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments - Multi-task with easeAbility to coach, educate and lead a team of hairstylists in a fast paced environmentResults driven, goal focused leaderTime Management skills and attention to detail is a mustFull-time availablilty which includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday hoursIf you are excited about the prospect of sharing your love for hair styling then we want to hear from youHere is what you will be doing as a Shop Manager:Manage hair quality by upholding Drybar standards including scheduling and conducting practicalstylist interviews, developing personalized training plans, and providing follow up trainingConduct stylist new-hire training in a timely manner, ensuring all certification criteria andonboarding is met prior to releasing trainees to the floorBe scheudled on the books for at least 75% of the time, performing blowouts and leadingthe shop experience by exampleWork the floor/perform blowouts/step in diplomatically to assist with blowouts as neededProduct training and drive sales through product knowledgeOngoing training, one-on-one coaching, and conducting troubleshooting classesMonitor RYB, maintaining 4.8 or higherReport interview results and training feedbackShare floor and performance-related observations with company leadershipMonitor shop metrics, strive to reach all shop level goals and targetsHere is what you will be doing as a Drybar hair stylist:Hair stylists perform amazing blow outs on our clients It's all about beauty.Provide an over the top client experience.We love to sell products and tools - it's easy because our clients love usWe need to keep the shop fresh, stylist side work includes activities such as: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.We love to connect with our stylists so we have meetings regularly.2024 DB Franchise, LLC ("DBF").
