Job DescriptionJob Position: MaintenanceLocation: Burlington, NC 27215Pay Rate: $19 - $22/hrShift:Description:Jumpstart Your Career with InterSolutions Now Hiring Apartment Maintenance TechniciansPut your maintenance skills to work InterSolutions is hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians and looking for motivated, quick learners with a positive attitude to join our team.Why Join InterSolutions?Fast and simple hiring process apply online todayOpportunities for permanent placementReferral bonuses for bringing in new talentImmediate job placement at great communitiesAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll address service requests and maintain the community at the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accuratelyPrepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover processKeep grounds and common areas clean and free of debrisDeliver exceptional customer service to residentsPerform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including:Repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakersServicing and installing light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)Fixing and replacing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulkingHandling minor carpentry repairs, including doors, window screens, and blindsPainting and drywall repair as neededRemoving bulk trash, including discarded appliancesClearing drains and sewer lines (up to 4')Start working fast with InterSolutions apply todayRequirements:Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areasPrevious apartment maintenance experience preferredHVAC Certification is a plusCapable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using laddersStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work weekends as requiredWe leverage leading-edge technology to efficiently match great people with great companies and lifelong careers in Multifamily.Founded in 1997, InterSolutions is a residential property management staffing agency that places office, leasing, maintenance, and concierge associates in temporary, temp-to-perm, JumpStart payroll, contract, and direct hire positions.
