The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced refrigeration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of refrigeration systems for industrial applications.Conduct thermal analysis and heat transfer calculations to optimize system performance.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency of designs.Oversee the installation and testing of refrigeration systems, including chillers and cooling units.Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications and engineering reports.Implement best practices in welding and piping to enhance system reliability.Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on refrigeration and HVAC systems.Proficient in heat transfer principles and thermodynamics.Experience with manufacturing processes and industrial applications.Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials used in piping systems.Familiarity with coolant types and their applications in refrigeration systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
