Job DescriptionECS Psychological Services, P.C. has an opening for a full-time NYS Licensed (or Limited Permit) Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW), or Mental Health Counselor at our South Glens Falls and Saratoga Springs locations. This role includes providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.At ECS, you’ll be joining a team of dedicated, compassionate professionals who genuinely care about each other, our clients, and the communities we serve. Grounded in the belief that client care improves when clinicians are supported, we provide our team with robust supervision, consultation, and avenues for professional development. Who You Are We are looking for someone who is:· Hard-working, compassionate, and eager to learn· Excited to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment· Open to exploring new therapeutic modalities· Enjoys animals—many of our clinicians utilize animal-assisted therapies (cats, dogs, and horses)Why You’ll Love Working HereWith four practice locations across Saratoga Springs, Mechanicville, and South Glens Falls, ECS offers a fun, creative, and supportive workplace. Our team has a diverse skill set to share, including animal-assisted therapy, Gottman Couples counseling, EMDR, CBT, IFS, trauma-focused treatment, play therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. We offer competitive salary or fee-for-service option (for fully licensed clinicians), benefits, and paid time off, with compensation starting at $65,000 annually based on experience. This position includes both in-person and telehealth work.
