Job DescriptionPurchasing Manager - Residential Constructiongpac is partnered with a top builder who is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement efforts for residential construction projects. This role involves vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage procurement strategies. Lead supplier negotiations for pricing and contract terms. Oversee vendor relationships and performance. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with policies and mitigate risks. Qualifications: 5+ years of purchasing experience in residential construction. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain management. Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
