divh2GRC Administrator/h2pThis GRC Administrator will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Modern GRC platform during its initial rollout and ongoing operations at a large, regulated enterprise. This role will serve as the primary system owner, ensuring best practices, user support, and successful compliance automation across multiple departments./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAct as the primary administrator for the GRC platform during initial implementation and ongoing operations./liliConfigure modules, frameworks, and workflows according to enterprise compliance and risk requirements./liliOnboard internal users, manage permissions, and deliver role-based training./liliEnsure data integrity by conducting routine system audits and maintaining up-to-date records./liliSupport integrations with existing IT, Cloud, and DevOps systems./liliCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and RegScales support team to address technical issues and drive platform adoption./liliAutomate evidence collection, reporting, and controls mapping processes using RegScales features./liliCustomize dashboards and analytics to meet business and audit needs./liliStay current with platform upgrades, new features, and best practices in continuous compliance./li/ulpRequired:/pulliAbility to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance/liliBS Degree in an IT field OR BS in a non-IT field and 2 years related IT experience/lili3+ Years of Experience with systems administration in an Agile environment/liliCertification in a relevant tool or Cybersecurity arena/li/ulpPreferred:/pulliExperience administering GRC, risk management, or compliance automation tools in an enterprise setting./liliFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, HIPAA)./liliStrong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills./liliAbility to translate compliance objectives into technical configurations and workflows./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills/liliExperience with documenting an as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations preferred/liliBachelors in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred./li/ul/div
