Job DescriptionJob DescriptionElite Executive Solutions has been retained to conduct a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, highly reputable electrical contractor in the New Jersey market. The organization is experiencing sustained, strategic growth driven by a strong backlog, repeat clients, and disciplined project execution.This role is ideal for a Senior Electrical Estimator who wants long-term stability, leadership visibility, and the opportunity to influence estimating strategy within a growth-oriented contractor.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end electrical estimating for commercial and industrial projects, including conceptual, negotiated, and hard-bid workPrepare detailed, accurate estimates for ground-up and TI projects (commercial, industrial, and specialty scopes as applicable)Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine full project scopePerform material takeoffs, labor analysis, equipment pricing, and subcontractor evaluationsCollaborate with preconstruction, operations, and project management teams to ensure alignment from bid through executionIdentify risk, value-engineering opportunities, and cost-saving strategiesParticipate in bid reviews and present pricing strategies to senior leadershipMaintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractorsSupport continuous improvement of estimating processes, tools, and standardsQualifications7+ years of electrical estimating experience (senior-level preferred)Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical constructionProficiency with estimating software such as Accubid (Classic, Anywhere, or Enterprise) or similar platformsSolid understanding of labor units, productivity, and market pricing in the Houston / Texas marketAbility to independently manage large and complex estimatesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience working closely with ownership or executive leadership is a plusWhy This OpportunityConfidential search with a financially stable contractorConsistent backlog and sustainable growth, not boom-and-bust workLeadership values accuracy, professionalism, and long-term relationshipsCompetitive compensation package (base + bonus, commensurate with experience)Clear path for long-term career growth and influenceConfidentialityAll inquiries and submissions will be handled with the strictest confidentiality.
