Health Cloud expertiseSalesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) CertificationAgent force Specialist Certification5+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce Technologies Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles1+ years of Salesforce Lightning web component development experience.5+ years of experience with Programming languages APEX, Core Java, Java Script.3-5 years of experience working with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader and ANT, AutoRABIT preferred.Experience in Agentforce building AI agentsExperience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodologyGood communication and collaborative skills5+ years of healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing)Core Responsibilities:Design & build Health Cloud + Service Cloud for Claims inventory workflow optimizationIntegrate with upstream systems via REST/Bulk/FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).Lead delivery: story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, CI/CD.Govern compliance: HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, role/permission modeling.Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, product, security, and data teams.
