Responsible for cleaning assigned area which includes primarily the warehouse/plant concrete floors. Essential FunctionsPrepare floors and equipment for cleaning each night. Run floor sweeper machine over assigned industrial floors. Run floor scrubber machine over assigned industrial floors.

Empty and clean both machines after use. Perform light maintenance on machines as needed. Other duties may be assigned. Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Planning and organizing Communication skills Problem analysis Education/Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Knowledge/Skills Demonstrated problem-solving, good verbal, written, communication skills and excellent listening skills.

Excellent attendance Attention to detail Good oral communication skills Read, write and comprehend English Cleaning experience with floor work is a plus. Must be legal to work in the USA, pass a full background check, and have reliable transportation to/from the worksite(s). Position currently available include the following:Hartland Cleaning - Hastings, NE 15 hours per week, evening shift, Monday-Thursday start time 5-6PM. Hartland Cleaning is a family-owned and operated company in business for over 25 years.
