Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Posting: Outside Sales Representative – Getter Done Fence (Central Florida)About Us:Getter Done Fence is Central Florida’s top-rated fence company, known for quality craftsmanship, I-Drive installations, and outstanding customer service. We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses find the right fencing solutions.What You’ll DoFollow up on inbound leads (no cold calling required) via phone, email, or in person.Conduct on-site consultations: measure properties, assess client needs, and explain options.Recommend the right fencing solution (vinyl, aluminum, chain link, privacy, commercial, etc.).Prepare professional estimates, present proposals, and close deals.Negotiate and handle objections with confidence.Maintain accurate records in our CRM (quotes, follow-ups, client details).Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.Keep an eye on market trends and competitor offerings.Build long-term relationships, generate referrals, and upsell premium options.What We’re Looking For1–3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience (home improvement, construction, landscaping, or fencing preferred).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools and digital presentation/estimating software.Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within Central Florida.High school diploma or equivalent (college or trade background a plus).Ability to walk properties, take measurements, and occasionally lift product samples.Compensation & BenefitsUncapped commission structure with competitive base pay or commission-only option.Performance bonuses for hitting monthly/quarterly sales goals.Full training on products, estimating, CRM tools, and sales process.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.Why Work With Us?At Getter Done Fence, we don’t cut corners—we set the standard.
